Space Man by everlite
Space Man

I started this concept with basic 3d geometry of the structure. I then proceeded to lay in textures, and finally the astronaut and cord. I’m not quite sure what the structure is; perhaps a space elevator?

Artwork time, was around 3 hours. Images sourced from Nasa. 3d - Max/Vray

mountainValley 0012k
I created this scene in 3ds Max, exploring possible solutions and workflows to creating organic environments such as trees, forests, etc The final render at medium Vray settings took around 2 hours at 4k Aside from some basic post processing, the image is a complete render.
Ruin Kit Elements by everlite
Ruin Kit Elements
I recently created a library of 3d ruin elements for Turbosquid! Having played around with them myself for the last few days now, it's quite surprising the amount of different scenes you can create! it's like using toy bricks! :) If you're interested in purchasing a set, check them out here:…   I have three sets at $19 each and you can buy all 3 sets in a single mega pack for $45!
I've worked on some very cool projects in the last years; Halo and Maze Runner to mention a few! Did you see Maze Runner? Personally I thought it was better than I imagine it was going to be. When working in VFX on a high profile movie, you don't really get a sense of what the movie is about; you have your little part to play in the process and you have a very small window to see through, so for the best part of 12 months you find yourself making a lot of guesses. But in this case it was better than expected. Halo was a great project to work on, I can possibly say this was the coolest project i've worked on! I created around 30 extremely diverse digital paintings featuring wide cityscapes, space battles, worlds being destroyed! It was a blast!

I've recently begun to focus on creating tutorials. Though to be honest I'm a little blind for where I should focus my attention. I've created a few that you can see over on Youtube:

Please check out my blog too!

Happy painting! :)

yup, I've never given up. There's been many frustrating times in my creative career when it felt like I wasn't moving, but I always stood firm to what I wanted to do. The more active you are, the more work you do; the more opportunities you create for yourself. :)

Oh? I'm open to the possibility of doing that, but I don't fully understand how this would be of benefit? Please expand on the suggestion :) Thanks.
