Watchers

Realising that i've lacked any real sketches in this portfolio i've put up a few recent sketches i did. I've also put together a vimeo page with a few drawing demonstration videos. Click here to view that: [link]

Also don't forget to check out my website at: [link]

Also on a slightly cool note, i was really excited to see my name in the credits of Avatar last week. In fact three feature films i worked on are all showing at the moment; Where the Wild Things Are, Me and Orson Welles and Avatar. Cool! If you haven't already seen Avatar then i'd highly recommend you do. I loved the whole thing, the story was cool too, but even if you don't care too much for the story you'll love the visual effects and 3d eye candy :)

Dave out!

Hello there, hope all is well
I work for a marine research/conservation organisation, and every 3 months we release a web-based magazine called Beyond Blue (www.beyondbluemag.com).
For our next issue we have a 'mythbusters' feature on the lost city of Atlantis, and I was wondering if you'd please let us use your image ([link]) as an artists depiction of the city?
I'm afraid no money can be offered in exchange as the mag is produced not-for-profit, but full credit will be offered, complete with a link to you personal portfolio if one could be provided.
If you could let me know either way it'd be very much appreciated.
Keep up the great work!

Professional Matte Painter

:iconshawn4films:
Hello! I am impressed by your work! I am seeking artists for a five to ten minute short film project that I will be producing in film school this fall.

The concept.

A re-envisioning of the Adam and Eve story. The concept is based on ancient interpretations of the story of Adam. Adam and Eve are king and queen of their “garden” kingdom. The serpent is a man who seduces Eve.

Whats needed

Character designer
I need someone who would be willing to create Character designs for Adam, Eve, and the serpent. Their look should be based on fantasy art.

Digital matte painter
I also will need digital matte paintings for several locations. Most of the film will be shot green screen.

If you are interested in volunteering for this project please email me as soon as possible. Thanks.
